ramanand, it's so evident you havent heard of a place called Hyderabad, let alone visiting it!!

Hyderabadis can break 15 out of the 8 rules that you mentioned...

:-) I suppose this is where Puneri pride (jajwalya abhimaan) should make me counter your statement with a "pah we're worse than Hyderabad", but I'll refrain.

How about:
1. Trying to cross a railway level crossing when the gates are closed.

2. Pillion rider facing the direction opposite to the one in which the vehicle is moving (i was told this is not allowed)

3. trying Dhoom, Dhoom2 type stunts while on the road..

4. Speeding (thought this might be redundant given point 2 would have taken care of this)

And IMHO small town North India (UP - Agra, Balia, Gorakhpur, Etawah and other dark districts) is home to some of the most amazing traffic crimes you would ever come across. All the points mentioned in the experiment are would probably be par for the driving course in these places.

Jeeban: I have always wondered if sitting pillion in the opp. direction of vehicle is allowed or not, as I've seen people do it a few times. Interesting.
