A bush in the house is worth two jokes to everyone
Poor Dubya. He (or his ad lib script-writer) makes one decent, intelligent comment and hardly anyone gets it. Worse, he's accused of being a moron (again)."Part of the reason why there's not this instant democracy in Iraq is because people are still recovering from Saddam Hussein's brutal rule," Bush said. "Sort of an interesting comment, I heard somebody say, `Where's Mandela?' Well, Mandela's dead because Saddam Hussein killed all the Mandelas."... and some nutters started calling up to remind everyone that Mandela is indeed alive. We know that, you blockheads. Have you ever heard of the concepts of "speaking metaphorically" and "figuratively"?
I learnt of this from the Times Now news channel, which if anything, has proved that it is indeed possible to have a purported IQ below that of Dubya's.
