Dupe-licate
I'm seeing double and that despite my glasses (saying "specs" conjures up unfriendly Word documents in my mind). A few days ago, there was a Shoaib Akhtar duplicate, replete with long hair & bulging eyes, only spoilt by the fact that he bowled left-handed. Then there is this forward doing the rounds in which a young & late 70s/early 80s hairdo wearing Azim Premji looks remarkably like what Kamalhaassan looked then.I also realised a few days ago that Ramchandra Guha looks a lot like Bill Gates. There was a news item about MSFT, and my first reaction on seeing the accompanying image was what is Guha doing there. The resemblance is really uncanny with the spectacles, hairstyles & "Mona Lisa" smile that accompanies their photos. Perhaps there is Iyengar blood somewhere in the Gates lineage - may be a story of hidden love stashed away in the cupboard.
A lot of people vehemently disagree with this observation, but when I see Clint Eastwood in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, for me he resembles David Beckham (when the hairstyle is sombre of course). I must watch out for Blondie's hand to see if he's misspelt something in Hindi to complete the match.
