Master of the Seinfeld Domain
I'm currently reading the teachings of the last 20th century philosophical cult, a.k.a Seinfeld and Co. (beware the fact that the famed title score starts to play when you get to this site). I am absolutely shocked that I missed seeing what I think is probably the best of them all - The Betrayal's script has some fantastic writing - it is told in reverse chronological order and is partly set in India. How-could-I-miss-this-among-the-countless-reruns....While, on the subject, there's even a Seinfeld blog by someone who claims to be Stan the caddy... He's got some wonderful stuff there, including all the episode videos. I don't want to be seen encouraging bootlegging, but if some kind soul out there (note: that means you, my dear B-school friends) wants to use bandwidth in a noble cause, he can download and lovingly burn all of them onto cds - he would only be emulating the master, who found out in The Little Kicks that he did it pretty well. And yes, let me know too.
And to think I felt Seinfeld was overrated and too American to be comprehensible when I first saw it! Woe betide me!
