World Cup Rugby - Nearing the touchline
The 2003 Rugby World Cup (earlier thoughts) currently on in Australia is now moving into its most exciting and decisive phase - the semifinal pairings have just been decided. New Zealand set up a dream Trans-Tasman clash with Australia (who're also defending their title at home), while co-favourites England are up against European rivals France (who lost to Australia in last time's final). Only England had a difficult quarter-final when they were pushed by Wales. One of my sentimental favourites Ireland couldn't give the French a scare.
